Class 1: Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 10am Class 2: Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 8pm Age range: 60+ Location: Sea Museum Free Immediate start Note: the class is aimed at seniors, but we accept adults aged 25 and over, if they wish to participate.
